Ferrous Printing Media

Ferrous Printing Film is a kind of special printing media coated with a layer of thin ferrous coating on the reverse side of a kind of versatile printing media by high technology. It is flexible and can be easily cut by knife.

Extrusion Magnetic Profile

We can also extrude magnetic profile. We offer standard profiles such as “C” profiles in various widths for labeling, “T” profile for shower doors and similar applications. Pen clips / pencil clips/multi-clips for attaching and holding pens and pencils to magnetic receptive surfaces, and buttons. We have hundreds of existing dies or we can custom make one to meet your specific profile requirements.

Extrusion Magnetic Strips

Extrusion Magnetic Strip is made by high quality ferrite powder and synthetic rubber or plastic, which is available in standard energy or high energy, both provide superior holding power. Magnetic strip is  available in plain finishing or laminated with different kinds of self adhesive. Our Extrusion magnetic strip can be custom magnetized to suit your needs including single -pole, multipoles, self-matching poles and other custom magnetization with superior holding power.

Flexible Magnet with Printable Surfaces

We produce Flexible Magnet laminated with all kinds of printable surfaces to meet all kinds of inks or printing technology requirements. Printing media is laminated on the non-magnetic side of the Flexible Magnetic Sheet. The most popular one is with PVC, no matter for Matt Vinyl, Gloss Vinyl or Colorful Vinyl, Screen printing or Digital printing, we have various kind of Vinyl to suit your application. Seven standard colors for your choice:

White, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Black.

We can also produce Flexible Magnet with photo paper, art paper, synthetic paper, PET or PP. Just check with us if you need a special printing surface, we will have solution for you.

Flexible Magnet with Adhesive

We produce Flexible Magnet laminated with all kinds of self adhesive, indoor or outdoor, rubber-based or acrylic based adhesive, Indian adhesive or imported high quality adhesive are all available. Self adhesive is laminated on the non-magnetic side of the flexible magnetic sheet, magnetized side is with UV coating, you can easily laminated paper, card or any printing material to the flexible magnet sheet after peeling off the liner paper

Plain Black Flexible Magnet

Plain Black Flexible Magnet is without any laminations on both sides, one side is multi poles magnetized with matt or gloss UV protection coating, the other side is un-magnetized.,un-coated,You can laminate self adhesive, paper or PVC on the non magnetized side.
